Composed of a tapered reeded oval loop with pavé brilliant-cut diamond triangular panel to a pavé brilliant-cut diamond sectioned loop and shaped bar hinged shoulders with pavé brilliant-cut diamond detail and cabochon ruby terminals, French marks, with interchangeable red, blue and grey plaited silk collars, pendant 8.0cm wide x 5.7cm long, collar 32.5cm long, in pouch by Harry Winston
