Cal. 240 SQU finely engraved automatic movement, 27 jewels, skeletonised dial, blue-tinted glazed chapter ring with twelve radial spokes for hour markers, circular case, glazed snap on back, 18k white gold Patek Philippe bracelet and double deployant clasp, case and movement signed
