One oval and the other octagonal, the green jasper box applied with the carved portrait of Emperor Alexander I in profile, the octagonal red jasper box centring a green jasper portrait of Emperor Peter I carved in profile, apparently unmarked; together with a composite oval box centring a carved portrait of Emperor Alexander I, three-quarters profile and wearing military uniform, in high relief, bearing Russian marks
