The hinged top and pair of doors enclosing a smaller pair of doors flanked by two drawers, with fifteen drawers to the inside of each door over a long drawer to the base
44 in. (112 cm.) high; 41 in. (104 cm.) wide; 22 in. (56 cm.) deep

By repute from the family of Major-General Gordon of Khatoum who was posted to China during the Second Opium War in 1860.

This lot will be removed to an off-site warehouse at the close of business on the day of sale - 2 weeks free storage These lots have been imported from outside the EU for sale using a Temporary Import regime. Import VAT is payable (at 5%) on the Hammer price. VAT is also payable (at 20%) on the buyer’s Premium on a VAT inclusive basis.
