Tapering columns with urn medallions ( one initialled FFF) and pendent foliage on filled square bases stamped with sunburst motifs, the capitals with vertical reed and tie bands above band of vitruvian scrolls, bead borders

Specialist note

It was not unusual for London silversmiths to buy in candlesticks from Sheffield, the centre of the cheaper filled candlestick industry, and overstrike the Sheffield marks with their own acting as retailers
