The rounded rectangular top inset with gilt-tooled green leather above a panelled frieze with two mahogany-lined drawers to each side, upon trestle end-supports embellished with foliate-carved volutes, the platform bases on foliate scrolling feet with castors and joined by a turned stretcher, the locks stamped 'Morden & Co / makers / 22 Castle St. Finsbury / London' with a crown
