Composed of alternating oval mabé cultured pearl and oval mixed-cut green garnet reeded collet links and a central heart shaped panel with oval-cut ruby collet centre in a diamond surround, between pavé diamond barrel spacers and clasp, hallmarked Birmingham 1989, 18.5cm long
