the complete set of one hundred woodcuts in colours, on Japon nacre, in six volumes, with title, text and table of contents, Inferno II, Purgatorio II, Paradiso II with justification sheets, from the Ad Personam edition for Walter Fontana (there was also a standard edition of 2900 in Arabic numerals), with the additional three volumes comprised of all the plates in colours, in black and white, and a suite of progressive plates of M. & L. 1069, printed by Stamperia Valdonega, Verona, and Raymond Jacquet, Paris, the full sheets, each with a deckle edge below, some sheets slightly toned, some with scattered foxing, otherwise in good condition, loose (as published), within the original paper covered boards with the title, name of the author and artist on the spine, with matching slipcases with minor discolouration and wear, generally in good condition
