Each pear-shaped cabochon ruby drop, weighing approximately 5.17 and 5.83 carats, within a single-cut diamond surround, to a brilliant-cut diamond crossover surmount with brilliant-cut diamond drops and three stone suspension, 4.1cm long
Accompanied by report no. 08711 dated 9th October 2013 from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating that the rubies are natural, no evidence of heat treatment was observed, origin opinion: Burma
