Fossils of all Kinds, Digested into a Method. London: William Innys, 1728. 2 parts in 1 volume, 8° (193 x 115mm). One full-page and 6 folding engraved plates, folding typographic table. (Lacking the two unsigned leaves of 'Preface', but with pl.7 not called for by Eyles, occasional faint soiling.) Contemporary calf, gilt spine, green edges (joints cracking with some expert restoration, few scuff marks). Provenance: Michael Kearny (1733-1814, clergyman and professor of history at Trinity College Dublin, engraved armorial bookplate).
