With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 2001 and its subsequent sale on December 7th of the same year. Further accompanied by an undated Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, Patek Philippe presentation box, leather envelope, tie tag, product literature, and outer packaging.

The reference 5011 was created as a limited edition of 50 pieces for Sincere Watch in Singapore in 2001.
