Cal. 28-520 automatic movement, stamped with the Geneva Seal, 40 jewels, anthracite brushed dial, applied baton numerals with luminous accents, three apertures for day, date, and month, large engine-turned subsidiary dial for 60 minutes and 12 hour registers combined with day and night indicator, small power reserve indicator at 12 o'clock, circular water-resistant-type case, two round chronograph buttons in the band, sapphire crystal display screw back, platinum Patek Philippe deployant clasp, case, dial, and movement signed

Specialist note

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 2008 and its subsequent sale on July 11th of the same year. Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated November 15th, 2008, Patek Philippe veneered presentation box, leather envelope, product literature, platinum setting pin, slip bag, and outer packaging.

To the best of our knowledge this watch has never before been offered in public.

Reference 5960 was launched in 2006 and was Patek Philippe's first self-winding chronograph with an annual calendar and the in-house calibre CH 28-520 IRM QA 24H.

The reference 5960 is set to be discontinued in late 2013.
