Tasting note: At first a typical oxtail soup aroma, after a few minutes this disappeared and gave way to leather, beeswax and touch of acetone. In taste a fine sweet start, pure very attractive aroma of raisins, mouth filling. Very good. Especially the taste is very fine and impressive. Tasted January 2013, E.V.
