CH 27-70 Q mechanical lever movement stamped with the Geneva seal, 24 jewels, black dial, diamond-set numerals, two apertures for day and month, three subsidiary dials for constant seconds combined with 12 hour register, 30 minute register combined with leap year indication and moon phases combined with date, circular case, baguette-cut diamond-set bezel, two round chronograph buttons in the band, glazed display screw back, 18k gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed

With Patek Philippe undated Certificate of Origin, a letter from Patek Philippe & Co. confirming the manufacture of the black dial as a special request and leather wallet. Furthermore delivered With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with silvery grey dial and diamond hour markers in 1999 and its subsequent sale on 21 December 1999.

The watch is set with 44 baguette-cut diamonds weighing 2.77 carats.
