Cal. 27-70 Q mechanical lever movement stamped with the Geneva seal, 28 jewels, silvered dial, applied Arabic numerals, two apertures for day and month, three subsidiary dials for constand seconds combined with 24 hour indication, 30 minute register combined with leap year indication and date combined with moon phases, circular case, glazed display screw back, split seconds chronograph mechanism operated through the two chronograph buttons in the band and through the crown, platinum Patek Philippe Campaign buckle, case, dial and movement signed

With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 31 January 1998, additional case back, leather wallet, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

The present platinum reference 5004 is in excellent condition and comes complete with its original accessories from second non-glazed case back to Certificate of Origin. Like other platinum examples it features a diamond between the lugs at six o'clock. The watch has never been offered at auction before.
