With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 2004, product literature, leather wallet, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

Fresh to the market, the present reference 5041, in overall very good condition, is the rarest of all perpetual calendar watches of Patek Philippe's standard production. In production from 1995 to 2003, it is with the exception of the enlarged flat bezel, identical to reference 5040. Reference 5041 was exclusively made in white gold, with black dial and Breguet numerals. Although the exact production numbers are not publicly known, reference 5041 is clearly one of the rarest models featuring a perpetual calendar of recent production.
