Designed as a calibré-cut ruby flower, centering upon a brilliant-cut pistil, extending to a detachable baguette-cut diamond stem and a brilliant-cut diamond leaf, mounted in platinum and 18k gold, 5.2 cm long, in beige suede Van Cleef & Arpels case
