A woman's face and a foliate branch skillfully carved inside the rectangular-shaped blue topaz, flanked by pavé-set brilliant-cut diamond panthers with marquise-cut ruby eyes, joined to the two-strand round white cultured pearl necklace, mounted in 18k white gold, brooch 4.8 cm long, necklace 40.3 cm long
