A DIAMOND AND GEM-SET NECKLACE, BY BULGARI
The necklace designed as a series of pavé-set diamond links, the central link can be detached and replaced by a pavé-set diamond shield-shaped link centering upon a cabochon emerald, a pavé-set shield-shaped link centering upon a calibré-cut ruby and diamond heart, a heart-shaped yellow sapphire and diamond link or a heart-shaped sapphire and diamond link, mounted in gold
The necklace and two of the additional links signed Bulgari (4)
