Lot 52 'Chrissie and I first met Kate in Paris at a Stella McCartney show, and after the party she and Jefferson Hack invited us to come back to their hotel. She was staying at the Ritz. We drank a lot, stayed half the night, and became friends. We became family friends on one level.
