signed, numbered and stamped with the foundry mark 'Dali 1/8 C VALSUANI CIRE PERDUE' (on the lower rung of the back)
bronze with green-grey patina
Height: 43 5/8 in. (110.5 cm.)
Conceived circa 1970 and cast in an edition of eight plus four

Carlos Güell Sentmenat, Barcelona, and thence by descent to the present owner.
