The graduated old brilliant-cut diamond two-row swag with oval-cut ruby swing centre, weighing approximately 3.62 carats, to an articulated surmount composed of stylised scrolls, circlets and flowerheads set throughout with old brilliant-cut diamonds, one diamond deficient, 7.5cm long
Accompanied by report no. 78786 from Cisgem Milan, dated 26 November 2012, stating that the ruby was found to be natural with no indication of heating. Origin opinion: Myanmar (Burma)
