The neck decorated to simulate the surface of a shell, the body chased with trailing flowers and pendent clusters of grapes, centred by a harp at front above a vacant cartouche, the lower body chased with scrolling foliage above fluting, on fluted foot edged with band of shamrocks, the handle modelled as a hound reclining between two oak branches, ivory insulators, the cover with heraldic finial of a tree with serpent wrapped around trunk, issuing from a coronet
