Cal. 12-120 mechanical movement, stamped twice with the Geneva Seal, 18 jewels, later silvered matte dial, applied gold Arabic and dot numerals, outer minute divisions with Arabic 15 minute divisions, subsidiary dial for constant seconds, circular case, snap on case back, 18k pink gold Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial, and movement signed

Specialist note

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1943 and its subsequent sale on July 26th of the same year.

To the best of our knowledge this watch has never before been offered in public.

Reference 570 was produced from 1938 until approximately 1972. The model known as the Grande Calatrava was produced in three series. The first with the caliber 12 120, the second series bearing caliber 12 400 and beginning in 1960 the third series using the caliber 27 AM.
