Comprising a circular shape ring, centering upon an old European-cut diamond rosette with circular and oval-shaped ruby petals, within a circular and oval-shaped ruby and old European-cut diamond surround; and a pair of ear clips en suite, mounted in platinum and 18k yellow gold, ring size 6½, ear clips 2.6 cm long
