A GEORGE III BLACK-PAINTED PLASTER BUST OF VENUS

Richard Parker (fl.1769-d.1799) is known to have produced medallions for Josiah Wedgwood. A number of sets of library busts are also known (Ashburnham Place and Brynkinalt, Denbigh), many modelled after known examples by Rysbrack and Roubiliac.
