Designed as a blue enameled eggplant accented at the bottom tip by a cabochon emerald, the stem intertwined with the scrolling vines of the brilliant-cut diamond floral spray, mounted in 18k white and yellow gold, 5.9 cm long, in navy blue suede Tiffany & Co. case
