The arms are those of those of Clifford impaling Lee for Hugh, 4th Baron Clifford of Chudleigh (1726-1783) and his wife Lady Anne Lee (d. 1802), fifth daughter of George, 2nd Earl of Lichfield (1690-1742), whom he married in 1749.
