A FRENCH MARBLE BUST OF A LADY
BY DEBOIS, LATE 19TH CENTURY
Modelled with flowing hair and loose drapery around her shoulders, the reverse inscribed 'Dubois', on a waisted breccia violette marble socle
33 in. (84 cm.) high

Note du spécialiste

This Belle Epoque bust, with its flowing drapery, is in the late 17th century style, and is probably by Paul Dubois (1829-1905).
