Specialist note

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1972 and its subsequent sale on 22 April 1974. Furthermore delivered with a fitted burgundy presentation box.
Reference 3580A was introduced into the market around 1972 and is the only stainless steel back-wound wristwatch ever made by Patek Philippe.
Furthermore, the present reference 3580 is a perfect example of Patek Philippe's 1970's design and it stands out by its virtually "new old stock" condition, still retaining its original stickers on the back.
