Specialist note
The Wax Museum in Brading, the Isle of Wight, opened in 1965. Its founder, Graham Osborn-Smith, purchased a number of eclectic collections, including a Victorian gentleman's collection of taxidermy. The museum, later known as Brading the Experience, closed in 2010 prompting the sale of the contents.
