The arms of those of George Charles, 3rd Earl of Lucan (1800-1888), who married, in 1829, Anne, daughter of the 6th Earl of Cardigan. He was the commander of the Cavalry division during the Crimean War. He is noted for supporting the admission of Jews to Parliament, thus
