FIRST EDITION WITH HAND-COLOURED VIEWS of the Needles on the Isle of Wight, Cintra, the Tagus, Trafalgar, Tarifa, Gibraltar, Malta, Alexandria, Suez, the Red Sea, Madras and Calcutta. The wood engravings are by W. Measom, H. Sears, the Lighton Brothers, A.J. Mason and others. The 4pp. 'Prospectus' gives a description of each plate.
