With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated July 1994, instruction manual, product literature, leather envelope, fitted presentation box and outer packaging. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming prodcution of the present watch with black dial and diamond set numerals in 1994 and its subsequent sale on 29 July 1994.

The present lot is preserved in very good overall condition.

Reference 3970 was in production from 1986 until 2004. The model is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, second edition, p. 305.
