Mechancial jewelled lever movement, Roman numerals on silvered chapter ring of eccentric time display, sweep centre seconds, blued steel alarm hand, set in a pastoral enamel scene, surmounted by vari-coloured gilt automaton scene depicting a falconer watering his horse at a trough with a lady operating the pump flowing simulated water, the huntsman raising and lowering his arm holding a hawk, circular engine-turned case, stepped bezel, milled band, hinged back, the automaton and music activated through the alarm or by pressing a button through the gilt cuvette along with musical keywind hole, case and dial signed, cuvette numbered
