The arms are those of Whitshed quartering Hawkins impaling Bentinck for Admiral James Hawkins-Whitshed, G.C.B. (1762-1849) and his wife Sophia Henrietta, daughter of Capt. John Albert Bentinck R.N., whom he married in 1791. (2)
