Each partly fluted baluster and on gadrooned foot, the pierced bayonet covers with gadrooned finials, engraved with a coat-of-arms, marked near rims and on covers

The arms are those of Ashhurst quartering Dutton and Orrell impaling Paget for Sir Henry Ashhurst 1st Bt. (1645-1711) of Waterstock, Oxfordshire and his wife Diana (c.1648-1707), daughter of William, Lord Paget, whom he married in 1670. He was MP for Wilton 1698-1702, an important figure in Nonconformist circles and an Alderman of London. (3)
