Composed of a necklace with old-cut diamonds connected by knife-edge bar links, supporting a detachable openwork foliate pendant centering a larger cushion-shaped diamond and enhanced with numerous smaller stones, the pendant can be detached and worn seperately with the additional loop as a pendant; the two necklace parts can then be mounted as a riviére necklace with the accompanying diamond connection, circa 1910, fitted case
