Tasting note: Medium, open rim, attractive colour; initially hard-edged and minerally, dense and tannic, sweet, whiff of caramel, medicinal, developing a sweet, fully-evolved bouquet after 2 hours in the glass; overall dry from start to finish, touch of severity, lean but creamy flavour and aftertaste.
