Comprising a necklace, the front centering upon an articulated ancient Roman coin one side depicting Roma Galerius Cesar and the other, Roma Matentius, their names and reigns engraved on the bezel, flanked on each side by baguette-cut diamond cylindrical links with cabochon ruby terminals, joined to a tapered gold link necklace, and a pair of ear clips, each centering upon an ancient coin, the bezel engraved 'Drachme Histiaea 313- 265', within a pave-set diamond and gold mount, necklace 40.5 cm
