Accompanied by a certificate of registration as a Hozon Token [Sword worthy of preservation] no. 371007 issued by the Nihon Bijutsu Token Hozon Kyokai [Society for the Preservation of the Japan Art Sword] on 20th June 2005
This sword is by the first generation Ise daijo Yoshihiro, originally Kichizaemon, who was a pupil of Tadayoshi I. The second generation, the son of Yoshihiro, first signed his work with Ise Goro Minamoto Yoshisada, later Yoshihiro, active around the Tenna era (1681 -84).
