Cal. 2326/2847 nickel-finished lever movement, 54 jewels, black textured dial, luminous Arabic numerals, luminous hands, outer recessed revolving five minute divisions and cardinal point indicators operated by turning the button at 10 o'clock, three subsidiary dials for 20 minutes register with red Alinghi logo, constant seconds and 6 hours register, large tonneau-shaped water-resistant-type case, octagonal screwed bezel, octagonal back secured by eight screws and centred by depiction of the four cardinal points, two round rubber chronograph buttons in the band, stainless steel Audemars Piguet clasp depicting the letters AP, case, dial and movement signed

According to the Archives of Audemars Piguet, the present watch was manufactured in 2006.

Following the victory of Team Alinghi in the 2003 Americas Cup, Audemars Piguet continues its adventure with the new defenders of the Americas Cup and accompanies it to the next race in 2007.

For the holders of the Americas Cup and their supporters, Audemars Piguet has created the Royal Oak Offshore Alinghi Polaris, equipped with a new complication, the flyback regatta chronograph. The edition is limited to 2000 pieces.
