Signed Bovet, Fleurier, circa 1820
With finely engraved and chased floral decorated gilt-finished straight lever movement, polished steel three arm balance with wedge-shaped blued steel weights, hinged glazed display cuvette, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, blued steel spoon hands, sweep centre seconds, large circular case with pearl-set bezel, rim, pendant and bow, the back decorated with a painted polychrome enamel bouquet of flowers, movement signed and stamped with Bovet's Chinese signature, inside back cover stamped with Bovet's Chinese signature
