Cal. 874 nickel-finished lever movement, 25 jewels, two-tone silvered dial, Arabic and baton numerals, blued steel hands, outer railway minute divisions, engine-turned subsidiary seconds, back with glazed aperture for the 8-day power reserve, rectangular case with striped ends, all pivoting within the rectangular backplate, stainless steel Jaeger-LeCoultre deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed

According to the Archives of Jaeger-LeCoultre, the present watch was manufactured in 2006.

The "Sincere Reverso Grande Date Reserve" model was made in a limited edition of 50 examples to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Jaeger-LeCoultre's Singapore retailer Sincere Watch Ltd. in 2004. The 50 pieces were delivered to the retailer between 2004 and 2006.
