The arms are those of Pearson with a label for difference impaling Spencer quartering Churchill for Weetman Harold Miller Pearson, (1882-1933), later 2nd Viscount Cowdray and his wife Agnes Beryl (d.1948), younger daughter of Lord Edward Spencer Churchill whom he married in 1905.
