With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with Breguet numerals in 1937 and its subsequent sale on March 10 of the following year. Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe presentation box.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 430 from 1935 until approximately 1938. This is one of five examples know to the market with Breguet numerals.
