Finely engraved skeletonised jewelled lever movement, repeating on two gongs, transparent dial with Breguet numerals, sub seconds, in cushion-shaped case with extended downturned lugs, repeating mechanism operated through slide in the band, sapphire crystal display back secured by four screws, platinum Audemars Piguet buckle, case and crystal signed
