Yu Youren's calligraphy was written through the request of Mr. Wang Ren-Yuan's daughter, Wang Dalin. Wang Ren-Yuan was a collector of Chinese paintings in Taiwan in the 70's, and part of his collection is also featured in this sale, Lot 2866-2867.
