The following three lots, 12 - 14, are fine examples of Patek Philippe's celebrated "Officier" model made to commemorate Patek Philippe's 150th Anniversary in April 1989. It was made in a limited edition of 2000 pieces in yellow gold, 150 pieces in white gold and 50 pieces in platinum.
The "Officier" model is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, second edition, p. 123.

Furthermore delivered with Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1989 and its subsequent sale on 13 September 1989.
Fresh to the market and obviously hardly worn, the present reference 3960 is furthermore preserved in very good, original overall condition.
