Of bombé design, the sugarloaf rubellite tourmaline weighing 19.18 carats, mounted within a brilliant-cut diamond surround to the circular-cut ruby gallery weighing a total of 7.59 carats, with plain hoop, ring size 6¾, stamped '750'
